Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of tax practice growth strategies, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
- Manage and motivate high-performing teams to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with other practice leaders to develop and implement firm-wide strategies and initiatives.
- Active CPA license.
- 10+ years of experience in business taxation, preferably with a Big 4, large national, or regional accounting firm.
- Proven track record of growing and developing tax practices, with a strong focus on client service and team leadership.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes.
