POSITION SUMMARY

The Chief Construction Officer is responsible for steering the construction division, offering strategic oversight, leadership, and specialized knowledge across all construction initiatives within the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely and budget-compliant execution of construction projects while upholding the highest quality benchmarks as stipulated in contracts. The Chief Construction Officer is instrumental in fostering innovation in construction practices, ensuring adherence to legal and safety regulations, and nurturing robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Directs and guides the construction division with strategic vision
  • Oversees the formulation of project strategies, financial plans, and resource distribution
  • Negotiates agreements with various stakeholders
  • Establishes and enforces quality control measures
  • Tracks project budgets and evaluates financial outcomes
  • Identifies and mitigates potential project risks
  • Develops and sustains client relationships
  • Ensures regulatory compliance
  • Prepares and delivers comprehensive project reports
  • Participates in project coordination meetings
  • Ensures safety training for construction personnel

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

  • Proven expertise in contract negotiation and project management
