Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Assist the Chief Medical Officer and Regional Medical Directors with various administrative tasks.
  • Organize and maintain files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Facilitate communication between the medical team and other departments.

Provider Recruitment:

  • Screen candidate applications and résumés for relevant experience and qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and prepare summaries of candidate skills for review.

Provider Credentialing:

  • Work closely with Human Resources to ensure all credentialing documents are current.
  • Facilitate the hiring process and maintain communication with all stakeholders.

Onboarding and Training:

  • Develop onboarding materials and coordinate training sessions for new providers.
  • Ensure that all necessary policies and procedures are communicated effectively.

Meeting Coordination:

  • Organize provider meetings, including logistics, agendas, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing meeting minutes and tracking attendance.

Support and Communication:

  • Provide ongoing support to providers, addressing their needs and inquiries.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least two years of experience in an executive support role.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with office protocols.
