Job Title: Chiropractic Clinic Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Chiropractic Clinic Coordinator to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic. As a key member of our clinic staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient service and support to ensure a positive experience
  • Assist patients with scheduling appointments, answering questions, and addressing concerns
  • Process transactions and manage patient accounts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Participate in marketing and sales efforts to attract new patients
  • Assist with daily clinic operations, including inventory management and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
