Brooksource is seeking a Conference Room Technology Manager to contribute to our esteemed Fortune 500 financial services client's initiatives. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in project management and Organizational Change Management to achieve departmental and inter-departmental objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the planning, execution, and management of technology projects, focusing on the deployment of advanced conference room and virtual meeting solutions.

This position requires a minimum on-site presence of three days a week, specifically on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Thursdays and Fridays. Additionally, you may be required to be on-site as necessary for specific projects, which could mean full-time on-site presence during certain weeks. Availability during core business hours, typically from 8 AM to 5 PM CST, is essential.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline preferred, or substantial relevant experience coupled with PMP certification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology project management, emphasizing analysis, documentation, communication, and budgeting.
  • Experience collaborating with technicians and vendors to plan, execute, monitor, and troubleshoot hardware installations.
  • Proficiency in technology deployment.
  • Familiarity with conference room technologies (e.g., Zoom).
  • Ability to work independently to define, plan, and manage multi-departmental projects.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing complex technology initiatives.
  • Exceptional presentation skills across various formal settings, including one-on-one, small groups, and larger audiences.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and oversee project plans for the implementation of new conference room tools, including defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Technology Deployment: Supervise the installation and configuration of new conference room technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Coordination: Work collaboratively with IT, Facilities, and vendors to facilitate smooth technology deployment and troubleshoot any arising issues.
  • Project Management: Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure that deliverables meet established quality and budgetary standards.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements to ensure successful technology deployment.
  • Change Management: Create and conduct training sessions for users on new technologies and manage the transition to ensure effective adoption.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, technical specifications, and user guides, while providing regular status updates.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in testing new tools for functionality and address any issues prior to full deployment.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Oversee ongoing support and maintenance for new technologies, responding to user feedback and optimizing performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements for future technology deployments.
