We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to join our team at HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

About the Role

As an Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans for patients with a wide range of medical conditions. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A nursing diploma or ASN degree
  • Previous experience in an acute care setting, preferably in rehabilitation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
