We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team at HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

As an Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals who are recovering from illness or injury. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of patients in the inpatient rehabilitation setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a strong background in acute care and rehabilitation nursing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their practice.

Requirements include:

  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
  • Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Florida
