Job Overview
We're seeking a skilled Integrative Group Facilitator to join our team. As an Integrative Group Facilitator, you'll provide remote, telehealth services to our clients, facilitating group sessions and building valuable connections with them. You'll work closely with our team to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients.
About the Role
This is a contract/1099 position that offers flexibility and autonomy. You'll be able to schedule sessions and work from anywhere, as long as you have a reliable WiFi connection. We request that our facilitators dedicate at least 9 permanent group hours per week across 3 days to facilitate group sessions and build relationships with our clients.
About You
We're looking for someone who's creative, innovative, and interdisciplinary in their approach to mental health care. You should be confident and experienced in working with teens and young adults, passionate about the benefits of group practices, and skilled in conducting group sessions virtually. You should also be able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate weekly group treatment via telehealth
- Develop creative ways to conduct Integrative group treatment virtually
- Ensure your clinical services are delivered in accordance with recognized best practices
- Use thoughtful risk management
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents
- Complete documentation in a timely manner and be accurate and well-written
- Maintain and model professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality
Requirements
- Clinical experience and/or experience in mental health or behavioral health required
- Experience with adolescents and young adults required
- Experience with high acuity populations is required
- Master's degree in mental health or related field required
- Experience, training, and certification in one or more integrative modalities (listed above) required
- Licensed mental health professional preferred
- Technical ability to run effective telehealth sessions
- Reliable WiFi connection when meeting with clients
- Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software—Gmail, Slack, Zoom,—in addition to EMR and outcomes survey software on a daily basis
- Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
- 1099 position
- Must be available for a minimum of 9 direct clinical hour total across at least 3 nights a week from 3:00 - 8:00 PM MST Monday - Thursday
Salary
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
