Rehabilitation Specialist with JAG Physical Therapy

Seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses, and creating tailored treatment plans to help them recover and achieve independence.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, utilizing your clinical skills to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities- Collects and records patient care data that follows format and guidelines of the patient care service, regulatory agencies and third-party payers which reflects an understanding of reimbursement systems and their impact on patient care.
- Additionally records daily billing and follows department guidelines for productivity.
- Prepares for the evaluation in accordance with department policies/procedures and standards of practice including obtaining patient history, exhibiting knowledge of patient diagnoses and researching unfamiliar diagnoses.
- Selects and administers tests and measures.
- Provides interventions to patients that are safe, effective, and in compliance with JAG.
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, be licensed in the state practicing in, and completed state regulated CEU requirements. Experience/knowledge with an EMR software is preferred.
Benefits- We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
