Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled maintenance technician to join our team at Green Property Management. As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities, performing routine maintenance tasks, and addressing any issues that arise.

The ideal candidate will have prior maintenance experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

As a maintenance technician, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting routine maintenance tasks in our residential properties
  • Performing minor plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, and drywall work
  • Preparing apartments for move-in by completing turn or make-ready units
  • Responding to service requests from residents and recording work in our property management software
  • Inspecting buildings for structural damage and performing necessary repairs
  • Maintaining accurate records of completed repairs and equipment maintenance
  • Executing preventative maintenance measures to ensure equipment efficiency and safety
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Maintenance experience or proven work experience
  • Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
  • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
  • Availability to be on call and respond to maintenance requests one night per week and one weekend every five weeks
