We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Enlivant. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain resident rooms, hallways, and common areas
- Restock linens, towels, and other supplies as needed
- Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning solutions safely
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 pounds
- Good physical and mental health
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
