About the Role:

Campus Life & Style is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeping Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our properties, providing exceptional customer service to our residents, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class customer service to residents and prospects, handling requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, offices, and units, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including grounds keeping and landscaping, to maintain the property's curb appeal.
  • Identify and address potential safety hazards and maintenance issues, working closely with the management team to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with the leasing office to schedule service requests and maintenance work, ensuring maximum resident satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proficient working knowledge of basic building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Experience in make-ready and construction, including sheet rock patching, texture, and painting, flooring, and carpentry.
  • Grounds keeping and irrigation experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
