Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Water Sports Educator to join our team at Emerald Youth Foundation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching swimming and water safety skills to children and young adults.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging swim lessons in accordance with our Learn to Swim Program Curriculum.
  • Maintain positive relationships with participants, families, and volunteers to ensure a supportive learning environment.
  • Provide motivational support and guidance to help new or inexperienced swimmers build confidence and overcome fears.
Requirements
  • Dedicated Christian with a strong understanding of the Gospel and a commitment to our organization's mission.
  • Red Cross Certified-Water Safety Instructor or equivalent certification.
  • Ability to swim and maintain a safe pool environment.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of $13.50, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
