Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of commercial food equipment, including cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration units.
  • Work independently at customer sites with minimal direct supervision, meeting or surpassing weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining high levels of customer service.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their equipment needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • An accredited High School Diploma or GED and 4-6 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience.
  • A valid Driver's License and ability to drive multiple hours daily.
  • Ability to work overtime and on-call as required.
  • Willingness to attend industry-leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH.
