We are BAYADA Home Health Care, a leading provider of home health care services, seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team as a Marketing Manager. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent sales skills and the ability to build strong relationships with referral sources in the community.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and at least two years of recent sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home health care. The successful candidate will be able to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan, generate referrals for home health care, conduct market analysis and sales calls, and evaluate results and effectiveness of sales activity. Strong planning, organization, and presentation skills are critical for this role.

Location and Territory
This role is based in Cecil, Harford, and some of Northeast Baltimore County, MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with referral sources in the community to promote BAYADA Home Health Care services and help expand our Medicare home health business.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- At least two years recent sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home health care
- Formal sales training
- Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan
- Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market
- Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills
