SERVPRO of Duncanville/DeSoto is seeking a skilled Financial Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable using accounting software and other programs.
  • Coordinate and track vendor invoices and payments.
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry.
  • Audit vendor invoices for accuracy.
  • Create customer invoices.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and collections.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills and payroll.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
  • Comfortable with math and calculations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
