Job Description:

As an Aviation Insurance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our insurance services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing requests to bind insurance coverage
  • Issuing insurance policies and endorsements
  • Assisting underwriters by collecting information and documentation from agents
  • Reviewing applications for missing information and discrepancies
  • Obtaining information/clarification from producing agents
  • Processing non-critical service requests such as cancellation notices, name changes, and address changes
  • Looking up FAA data, including aircraft registrations, charter certification, and pilot information

Independence:

You will work autonomously, within the guidelines of authority granted by Underwriting Management, to perform the duties outlined above.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in aviation or insurance-related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Understanding of basic aviation or insurance terminology
