Your Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational protocols for tasks such as verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, managing material handling and disposition, and maintaining up-to-date warehouse inventory.
Ensure the warehouse and equipment are in optimal condition.
Submit work orders for repairs and requisitions for equipment replacement to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with team members to synchronize warehouse operations with other functional areas, including customer service and sales.
Effectively oversee the budget and profit & loss statements of the operation.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution.
Master's degree is preferred.
A minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
Experience with labor management systems and productivity initiatives is preferred.
Lean certifications are a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Skilled in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to inquiries from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Able to work independently and adapt to changes.
Strong multitasking capabilities, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
