Job Summary:

Vail Resorts is seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Vehicle Maintenance team, you will be responsible for executing safety best practices and maintaining a positive attitude towards guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle and equipment problems
  • Train and instruct personnel in the safe operation of fleet equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our state-of-the-art fleet
  • Assist with golf equipment repairs as needed
  • Support the professional growth and development of employees

Requirements:

  • Experience in Automotive, Truck, Heavy Equipment, Fleet diagnostics and repair
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and recommend solutions
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass internal MVR review
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly

The expected pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.55 per hour.
