Job Description

The Hood Technician is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while performing thorough and efficient vehicle inspections and lubrications. This role requires a strong commitment to the Company's mission and core values, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a functional team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct multi-point inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs
  • Perform lubrications and other maintenance tasks to ensure vehicles are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service consultants to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and Company standards
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance principles, with a focus on lubrication and inspection techniques
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information, with a strong attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment background screen
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Physical Demands:
  • Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending, with occasional exertion of up to 100 pounds
  • Requires working at a production rate pace, with frequent pushing and/or pulling of materials
