Job Description

**Job Summary**

Management Support Technology, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Lean Six Sigma Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives and ensuring the highest level of quality in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ quality management systems, tools, and techniques to help our organization transform and improve efficiency.
  • Apply Lean enterprise concepts to identify and eliminate non-value-added elements and activities.
  • Support the implementation of Six Sigma philosophies and principles, including the DMAIC model.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assign roles and responsibilities and drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems, tools, and techniques to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in process improvement and quality management.
  • Strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
