Job Overview

The Building People, LLC, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced On-Site Facilities Program Manager to support our DOD/Intelligence Community facility engineering programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing assigned projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a workforce providing services in DOD and IC Facilities service contracts, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing a workforce providing facility services.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and energy requirements associated with the work performed.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies, leveraging strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on construction disciplines, including civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and electronic engineering and information technology principles.
  • Maintain a broad-based understanding of project management, with a focus on leadership, team building, and presentation skills.
  • Ensure the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in resource management, schedule management, and contract management for federal contracts.
  • Training in Lean Six Sigma tools, such as statistical tools, root cause analysis, failure mode & effect analysis, and statistics.
  • Knowledge of CMMS, CMMS KPI creation, and application of Lean Six Sigma principles.
