The Night Audit Associate is a key member of the hotel team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions during the overnight shift. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process all night audit work, including reconciliations and financial reports
- Verify and balance all financial transactions, including cash, credit card, and room sales
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in financial transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality guest service
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial software
