Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect and interpret requirements from various business units, translating them into actionable insights for developers and programmers.
2. Assume responsibility for coordinating with business stakeholders and the development team to swiftly resolve data quality issues.
3. Lead the project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
4. Provide regular updates on project status and escalate any issues or risks to the senior management team in accordance with the project timeline.
5. Facilitate effective communication among all project team members.
6. Engage with clients to understand their information processing or computational requirements.
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with Liquidity Risk Reporting, FR Y-14 Regulatory Reporting, and concepts within the Capital Markets sector.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in statistics and the ability to meticulously analyze extensive and intricate data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in software tools such as ETL Tool Informatica, Oracle, and Autosys workflow.
- Basic understanding of design methodologies and principles related to the creation of drawings and models.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate a balanced combination of quantitative, consultative, and leadership capabilities.
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
- An Agile certification or relevant working knowledge is essential.
- A minimum of 12 years of professional experience is required.
