**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, laying out, fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing internal and external aircraft structures and surfaces.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan and lay out aircraft structures and surfaces in accordance with technical manuals and engineering drawings
* Fabricate and assemble aircraft components using sheet metal and other materials
* Install and repair aircraft structures and surfaces, including precision drilling and countersinking
* Work on F-16 production line structures and assembly, including installing fasteners and building up fuselage components
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and aircraft structure repair
* Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and technical manuals
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work any shift, including weekends and off-shifts
