The LPN Charge Nurse Supervisor is responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to residents within a designated unit. This role includes overseeing both professional and non-professional team members, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
- Supervise the nursing staff, offering guidance and support as necessary.
- Monitor unit activities to identify areas where assistance is required.
- Collaborate with the Charge Nurse to assist in medication administration, adhering strictly to physician orders and established protocols.
- Conduct thorough resident assessments, identifying needs and planning appropriate nursing interventions.
- Facilitate communication between residents, families, and healthcare team members to keep all parties informed about care plans and changes in resident conditions.
- Uphold ethical standards and comply with all relevant regulations and policies.

Qualifications
- Commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Minimum of two years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania.
