We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Meltwater. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales function in North America.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the FP&A team and sales leadership to develop and maintain budgets and forecasts.
- Support the analysis and reporting of key SaaS metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Prepare PowerPoint slide decks for monthly and quarterly reviews, budget/forecast meetings, and other high-level meetings.
- Complete ad-hoc analytics and information requests from sales leadership.
- Assist with loading forecast updates into Adaptive Planning, our forecasting software.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and implement improvements.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards in Tableau and Data Studio.
- 3+ years of experience in finance, with 2+ years of FP&A experience in a SaaS company.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, statistics, economics, business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of key SaaS metrics (LTV, CAC, Gross/Net Churn, ACV).
- Excellent executive presence, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player mentality, with the ability to work independently towards ambitious goals.
- Demonstrable experience of over-performing in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, including prioritization, scheduling, and time management.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, and Data Studio.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate status, issues, risks, and opportunities with leaders, auditors, and business partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, with a requirement to be in the office 3 days a week.
