We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Representative to join our team at The John Gore Organization, Inc. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling day-to-day sales and service, and developing ongoing relationships with our current customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones and responding to guest inquiries
  • Assisting guests in person and via email
  • Processing ticket sales and managing multiple ticketing systems
  • Providing accurate and efficient service to our guests
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior box office experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
