Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our Level III NICU team at Necnic Group.

About the Role

As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital part in delivering advanced care to our neonatal patients, working closely with a collaborative healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our youngest patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and management of neonates in the NICU.
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of neonatal conditions, including but not limited to respiratory disorders and infections.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans.
  • Perform necessary procedures within your scope of practice, such as intubation and line placement.
  • Educate families on their newborn's health, treatment plans, and care protocols.
  • Engage in quality improvement activities and contribute to clinical research initiatives.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Neonatal Nursing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or a similar environment.
  • Arizona RN license preferred, but not required; NNP certification from an accredited organization.
  • Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
