Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for commercial properties
  • Prepare and maintain rent rolls and bank reconciliations
  • Generate monthly financial statements and conduct close-out procedures
  • Oversee Common Area Maintenance (CAM) setup
  • Facilitate vendor management through Vendor Cafe'
  • Review leases and input financial data accurately
  • Perform ledger adjustments and balance reviews
  • Handle collections and work order summaries
  • Implement Positive Pay and manage property sales tax
  • Process and distribute checks, maintain filing systems, and conduct bank runs as required
