Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Lee Health. As a key member of our Oncology team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with physicians to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care to patients with various types of cancer, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to inform treatment decisions.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies as needed, and monitor patient response to treatment.
  • Develop and implement education programs to promote patient understanding and self-management of cancer care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited program for Advanced Practice Providers.
  • Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as an Oncology Advanced Practice Provider.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
