Responsibilities and Qualifications- Role involves extensive outbound calling to business-to-business clients.
- Business-to-Business (B2B) collections and leasing experience is required.
- Candidates with direct, not third-party, experience are preferred.
- Must be adept at interacting with clients and possess strong customer service skills.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
- Experience in accounting and cash applications is beneficial.
- A degree in Finance or Business is preferred.
- Must have 1-2 years experience in Collections.
The role includes a hybrid work schedule, with mandatory office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The option to work remotely is available for the remaining days of the week, subject to business requirements. Please note that work schedules and in-office attendance policies are subject to change based on the company's needs. Additionally, the selected candidate is required to attend training at the company's office for the first 30 days.

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details$21.00 to $23.00 per hour
