Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team in rural eastern NC. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work closely with our team to provide high-quality services to children and families in need.

This is a full-time position that requires the individual to work mostly in person with some remote contact. You will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing treatment plans based on the principles of ABA, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians.

Key qualifications for this role include a strong reasoning skillset, effective communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.

Scope of BCaBA Work:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments
  • Develop treatment plans based on the principles of ABA
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Update treatment plans as necessary
  • Train family members on implementing the treatment plan
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community-based environments
  • Maintain confidentiality about clients, families, and center by abiding by all HIPPA regulations

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting Salary: $55,000 ($5,000 raise after completion of in-house supervisor training program)
