This role offers a unique opportunity to learn our process and develop relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities. As a leader, you will be responsible for training and developing a small team to achieve similar results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Supervise and guide team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Train and develop team members on our systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reports on field activity using our CRM system.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's license and ability to work in the U.S. required.
  • Clean background and own transportation necessary.
  • 45-day evaluation period before advancement.
