The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, customer service, or a related field. As you grow in your role, you will take on additional responsibilities, including supervising team activity, training new team members, and contributing to our company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a small team to achieve sales goals
  • Contribute to the development of our company's sales process and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven sales or customer service experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for helping others and developing relationships
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
