We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leadership Manager to join our team at Kellogg Community Credit Union in Schoolcraft, Michigan. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

The Sales Leadership Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and member satisfaction across our 13 branches in Southwest Michigan. As a key member of our leadership team, you will lead by example, mentor and develop branch employees, and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and member acquisition
  • Mentor and coach branch employees to achieve sales targets and improve member satisfaction
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including management and branch employees, to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Represent the credit union in a professional manner, building relationships with members, sponsors, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain compliance with credit union policies and procedures

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven track record of sales leadership and team management
  • Strong knowledge of sales and sales management practices
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and individuals
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
