Resident Assessment Specialist

The MDS Nurse will work on the RAI process, conducting assessments and care plan coordination for assigned residents. Key responsibilities include completing the MDS, CAA's, and care plans within regulated timeframes, assessing resident needs, discussing care plans with caregivers, and reviewing information from external sources.
Requirements- Knowledge of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and Prospective Payment Process (PPS)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload
