About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in value selling, technical account management, and technical leadership. You will be responsible for leading our customers on a transformational journey, helping them to evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technical strategies for our largest and most important accounts
  • Lead our customers on a transformational journey, helping them to evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy
  • Build a movement of technical champions within the account
  • Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions
  • Provide structured mentorship for other team members
Requirements:
  • Proficiency at establishing virtual teams and leading them to ultimate success within the account
  • Experience working with very large (> $1m ARR), global accounts
  • Form relationships with executives and influencers
  • Present a convincing point-of-view to important decision-makers that leads them down a path of success
  • Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud
  • Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java
  • Proficient Spanish Speaker
