The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in welding and will provide professional technical support to clients across various regions. This role primarily involves working with robotic welders, welding power sources, and additional welding support equipment. We are dedicated to providing the necessary resources for you to thrive and enjoy a fulfilling career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize basic computer skills, including email and Excel, and experience with SolidWorks or similar offline robotic programming simulation software.
  • Conduct welding instruction and training sessions.
  • Possess a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification, although current certification is not mandatory.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of field welding experience.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and assist clients with issues, either in person or on-site as required.
  • Work independently while also collaborating as part of a team.
  • Manage on-site machine installations, customer training, and machine demonstrations.
  • Exhibit self-motivation and initiative.
  • Experience in robotic welder programming is advantageous, with potential for additional training in robotics available in the future.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel predominantly within the Midwest, including limited travel to other facilities.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid passport and hold a current driver's license without restrictions.
  • Background and reference checks will be conducted prior to employment.
  • Ideal candidates should reside in or near the Kansas City area or within Kansas or Missouri.
