Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Chef de Cuisine and culinary team to craft and implement menu items that align with Safta's culinary philosophy.
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes, techniques, and presentation standards.
- Assist in the development and execution of new menu offerings and seasonal specials, utilizing local and seasonal ingredients.
- Uphold rigorous cleanliness, organization, and food safety protocols within the kitchen environment.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control measures to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by leading by example and promoting teamwork and open communication.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Sous Chef or in a comparable leadership role.

- Proven ability to lead a team and effectively delegate responsibilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
