We are seeking an Assistant Procurement Manager to join our team at Elkay Interior Systems In. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials. Your primary responsibilities will include managing material RFQs, purchase orders, and invoices, tracking lead times and shipments, maintaining inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and utilizing Procore and Sage to commit costs and track invoices.

A successful Assistant Procurement Manager must possess strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and make sound decisions under pressure. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat, and experience using accounting software are essential. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
