Job Title: Associate Director, Client Advocacy

Aon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director, Client Advocacy to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing premium and pro rata activity on behalf of ceding companies and reinsurers, managing offshore teams as needed, and assisting high revenue-generating clients with improvements and/or corrections on reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally and efficiently oversee premium and pro rata activity on behalf of ceding companies and reinsurers.
  • Manage offshore teams as needed to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Assist high revenue-generating clients with improvements and/or corrections on reports.
  • Mentor and develop accounting team members within the internal regional and global offices.
  • Provide assistance to Client Services team members, the Sales teams, ceding companies, and reinsurers on a variety of premium and pro rata issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, or a similar field from a four-year college or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite of products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, as well as solve problems by thinking creatively.
  • Accuracy, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members.
