Product Visionary

As a Sr. Software Product Manager at Bayone, you will play a key role in shaping the company's engineering platform. Your focus will be on creating a scalable and harmonious ecosystem of internally built applications that support all product development activities.

You will work closely with the UI/UX designers, development teams, and integrations team to develop and execute a roadmap of system solutions needed to support key business processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with business stakeholders to plan, estimate, and prioritize development work efforts and manage the sprint lifecycle through feature design to production release
  • Leading cross-functional agile teams across engineering, quality, and operations, through development and launch of new features and technologies
  • Aligning the product vision and roadmap with feature solutions and deployment release schedule
  • Translating requirements into workable user stories to plan, prioritize, and estimate sprint activities and backlog
  • Supporting development and quality engineer teams to ensure feature acceptance criteria are met
  • Managing the development process to achieve planned objectives of the product and features
  • Working closely with business product teams as a subject matter expert who can answer questions raised by the technical/developer community
  • Writing and maintaining technical and project documentation
  • Incidence management and root cause analysis
  • Increasing the sophistication of our alerting and monitoring mechanisms
  • Working collaboratively with multiple agile scrum teams to help deliver end-to-end features and system functions
  • Building strong working relationships with process stakeholders and developing a thorough understanding of their processes and challenges
  • Interacting and leading design reviews with UI/UX designers and stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies
