You should excel at distilling complex technical concepts into accessible and engaging narratives that educate, inspire, and guide users.

Responsibilities
  • Develop content that effectively communicates complex technical concepts and guides users through product experiences
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of content design and UX writing principles, and their application in creating compelling brand and product experiences
  • Adapt content for diverse audiences and channels with excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to create cohesive content and user experiences
  • Manage content management systems, design tools, and product development processes
  • Leading content projects and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, or copywriting for both brand and product
  • Experience in developing content for AI, ML, or other technical products
  • Background in UX research, information architecture, or interaction design
  • Familiarity with data-driven content optimization and user testing methodologies
  • User-centric and insights-driven, leveraging user research, data, and best practices to inform content decisions and optimize user experiences across brand and product touchpoints
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused, ensuring consistency, clarity, and polish across all content deliverables while maintaining efficiency and adhering to brand and product guidelines

Location and Visa Sponsorship

We're a location-based hybrid company, and we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. We do sponsor visas, but we're not able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. If we make you an offer, we'll make every reasonable effort to get you a visa.

Estimated salary for this position is $260,000-$320,000 USD per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. We're an equal-opportunity employer and encourage applications from diverse candidates.
