  • Provide training and development opportunities for associates on their job performance and participate in the performance appraisal process.
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines on restricted sale items (e.g., tobacco).
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers by answering product inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional service.
  • Monitor fuel inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales, inventory, and customer transactions.
  • Implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.

Minimum Position Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
  • Ability to effectively manage stressful situations and prioritize tasks.

Desired Previous Job Experience

  • Prior experience in a fuel operations or retail environment.
  • Knowledge of fuel dispensing systems and safety procedures.
  • Second language proficiency (speaking, reading, and/or writing).
