  • Keeping the gaming area organized and tidy.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborating with fellow dealers and casino personnel to ensure a seamless gaming environment.
  • Complying with company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Craps Dealer in a casino environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of craps rules, procedures, and strategies.
  • Strong mathematical skills for accurate cash and chip management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging setting.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Successful completion of a background check and obtaining a gaming license.
  • Previous experience on cruise ships is a plus, though not required.
