Job Description:

- Conducting the game of craps according to established rules and procedures

- Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Ensuring the safety and security of all players and the game table

- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency in handling bets and payouts

- Monitoring and managing the flow of the game to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all players

- Handling cash and chips in a responsible and accurate manner

- Maintaining a clean and organized game table at all times

- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest concerns or questions

- Collaborating with other dealers and casino staff to ensure a seamless gaming experience for guests

- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as local gaming regulations

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Craps Dealer in a casino environment

- Strong knowledge of craps rules, procedures, and strategies

- Excellent math skills and ability to handle cash and chips accurately

- Outstanding customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary gaming licenses

- Previous experience on a cruise ship is a plus, but not required
