Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an individual to lead, manage, and oversee all facets of extensive, cross-functional initiatives and feature domains.

Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle, from architecture and design to implementation and validation, both pre and post-silicon.

Identify, prioritize, and proactively address program challenges. Communicate new feature initiatives, critical issues, risks, and significant accomplishments to executive leadership. Assist the team in enhancing program management processes. Work closely with cross-functional software and hardware engineering teams, as well as quality assurance teams.
Minimum Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of program management experience in wireless software, systems, and platform development.


Preferred Qualifications:

Strong understanding of cellular communication technologies (5G-NR/4G LTE/UMTS/GSM/CDMA) is highly advantageous.

Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across major technical domains: software, hardware, silicon, and quality assurance.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging with engineers, managers, and executives.

Ability to identify risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and facilitate resolutions.

A solid technical foundation and a proactive, self-motivated approach.

Familiarity with software engineering best practices and associated dependencies.

Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire team members.


Education & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.


Compensation & Benefits:

At Apple, base salary is one component of our comprehensive compensation package and is determined within a specified range.

This structure allows for growth and advancement as you develop within your role.

The base salary range for this position is between $136,300 and $248,700, with actual compensation dependent on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Employees may also be eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
