Clinical Nurse Specialist

As a Clinical Nurse at Maine Medical Center, you will have the chance to work in a fast-paced and exciting team environment. Our Level 1 trauma center features 39 Operating Rooms, providing a unique opportunity for professional growth and development.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of prior RN work experience and prior Operating Room RN experience. The successful candidate will support the Neurosurgery Call team and provide exceptional patient care.
The estimated salary for this position is around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of benefits, including paid parental leave, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans of care for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Maine
- At least 1 year of prior RN work experience
- Prior Operating Room RN experience required
