**Job Summary**
The Nothing Bundt Cakes Froster is responsible for creating high-quality cakes by following a proprietary recipe and applying standardized frosting techniques. This role requires attention to detail, productivity, and a commitment to excellence in the workplace.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Follow the proprietary frosting recipe and application methods with precision to achieve productivity goals.
- Utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes efficiently.
- Prioritize cake pre-orders according to schedule and frost cakes for walk-in guest orders accordingly.
- Maintain an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes in the bakery display case and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage of frosted cakes.
- Monitor inventory of frosting supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
- Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure quality standards are met and inform management of any quality control issues.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation, ensuring frosting supplies are prepared for the next shift, and wash equipment as needed.
- Comply with all health and safety guidelines and company policies, including dress code and personal hygiene standards.
- Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.
